Our Leadership Team
Born and raised in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Tyson is grateful for his small town heritage of growing up in a rural community. Being given the opportunity to work in the trades from a young age, Tyson realized building was his calling and passion. With this clear understanding and direction, in 2006 he started Dynamic Trades Inc. Since that time he has built many homes, run large commercial projects, built strong sub contractor and vendor relationships, and provided a healthy steady work environment for Dynamic Trades employees. Through the years of being in business Tyson has experienced a great deal of satisfaction working for great clients, being engaged in interesting projects, and having an amazing crew. Family, baseball, fine woodworking, and coffee are some of his other passions. Overall he is extremely grateful for the opportunities he has been given, and in turn sets out to live each day with generosity and courage.
Andrew loves to build, from a young age he built forts, was fascinated with tools and machinery, and loved trucks. Andrew went to college at Missouri Baptist University where he played baseball and studied business. Growing up in the Northern CA foothills Andrew had the wonderful opportunity of living in the gateway to rural California, and his passions include backpacking, water skiing, snowboarding/skiing, golf and craft IPA’s. Andrew has worked on various construction projects from small residential to large high end residential and from commercial remodels to commercial ground ups. Through his career he has started a couple of businesses and from 2012-2018 he started and ran an ESCO division at a large electrical company. The division was responsible for the largest kWh reduction in energy usage through outdoor LED upgrades in the state of California. In the beginning of 2018 Andrew’s childhood friend Tyson convinced him to join his company as a partner and VP of the company. Andrew is blessed with a beautiful wife and daughter, many wonderful friends and strives to give more than he receives every day.
