The Scope of this project included:
- Demo interior, sawcutting structural trenches, demo exterior parking lot.
- Installed new doors and hardware, new roll up doors, new glazing
- Install structural footings for Equipment
- Metal Stud/Frame and Drywall.
- Paint interior and exterior
- Install paint booths, car lifts, hoists and all equipment.
- Install flooring and base.
- Furnish and install all building MEP’s, integrated with building automation.
- New ADA Parking Lot Upgrades
- New Roof Coating
