175 Opportunity is an industrial facility that is currently under construction. When completed it will have large office presence in the front of house with a build out of Insulated Metal Panels constructed by DTI in the back of house warehouse space.
The Scope of this project included:
- Framing of Office Space
- Tape Texture and Paint
- Metal Studded Framing
- Installation of Roof Top HVAC Unit
- Install Gas pipes on Roof
- Saw cut and install new floor drains
- Install 4” Vinyl Flooring
- Install and provide doors and hardware
- Patching of Roof
