A childhood friend of Tyson Steward, Andrew grew up in Colfax, California. He developed a love for construction by building houses during the summers of high school and college. Shortly after college, Andrew started a lighting design and supply company in Silicon Valley, doing high-end residential lighting fixtures. Following this business venture, Andrew took on several different construction opportunities. He worked in heavy equipment building cell towers around California, and then developed the special projects division of Century Commercial Services—making it the largest outdoor lighting kilowatt reduction company in the state.
In 2018 he partnered with Tyson and began as Vice President of Dynamic Trades. Within the company, Andrew oversees all aspects of company development, estimating, and field operations. Because of his knowledge of the commercial construction industry and business-to-business interaction, the size of Dynamic Trades has doubled every year since Andrew’s employment. With a passion for business development and deep love of construction, Andrew is proud to be a part of Dynamic Trades and the people that make this company successful.
Kyle was born in Southern California but spent the majority of his life in Auburn. After completing a degree in economics and business, Kyle began working as a construction scheduler for a consulting company in Las Vegas. The hands-on experience he gained overseeing hotel, elementary school, and resort builds prepared him for his role at Dynamic Trades. Kyle was initially hired as an estimator and project coordinator in August of 2020 but grew into a position as a national accounts manager shortly thereafter. In this position, he serves as the initial point of contact for every new project.
By connecting with companies and individuals who need contractors at a national level, Kyle is able to provide practical construction solutions for a variety of needs. His intentionality and personable nature make him not only a great representative of Dynamic Trades but an effective manager of relationships as well. Through strict attention to detail and intimate knowledge of client needs, Kyle ensures that each project progresses smoothly for all parties involved.
Born and raised in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Tyson is grateful for his rural, small-town heritage. He was given the opportunity to work in the trades from a young age and soon realized that building was his both calling and passion. With this clear understanding and direction, he started Dynamic Trades Inc. in 2006. Since then, he has built countless homes, run large commercial projects, built strong subcontractor and vendor relationships, and provided a healthy work environment for Dynamic Trades employees. Through the years of being in business, Tyson has experienced a great deal of satisfaction working for great clients, being engaged in interesting projects, and having an amazing crew. Family, baseball, fine woodworking, and coffee are some of his other passions. Overall, he is extremely grateful for the opportunities he has been given, and in turn, sets out to live each day with generosity and courage.
As CEO, Tyson handles both the construction and financial aspects of DTI. He is responsible for internal hiring, negotiating project contracts, and projecting revenue. Within each of these responsibilities, Tyson approaches his work relationally. By maintaining close communication with each of his employees, he ensures that his team is setting the standard for craftsmanship and professionalism.
What Tyson loves about his job is that he has the ability to provide sustainable careers for men and women who take pride in what they build. He understands the value of attention to detail and believes that the best work is done by those who love what they do. Over the past 15 years, Tyson has established Dynamic Trades as a leader in the construction industry.
Noah was born in Placerville, California, and has been in the trades for over ten years. In previous jobs, Noah has worked as a superintendent and site leader, overseeing projects from beginning to end. He was hired at Dynamic Trades in 2018 as a journeyman carpenter but has since moved into a role as project manager, working alongside Levi Hartman. His primary roles are communicating with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors on the job site, as well as local jurisdiction when necessary.
Problems are a natural part of construction, and Noah is the primary contact for individuals on-site if and when they arise. As a solution-focused employee, he takes pride in solving problems that other companies may shy away from. Noah is passionate about teamwork and loves to see projects come to fruition. His commitment to leadership and effective communication embodies the quality of everything that Dynamic Trades produces.
Levi grew up in Placerville California and joined Dynamic Trades in October of 2019. Previously, he worked as a superintendent for various construction companies in northern California managing a team of on-site subcontractors. As a project manager, Levi serves as a key team member to help DTI clients and superintendents reach all project goals. He works hand in hand with superintendents to manage scheduling, ensuring that projects are completed on time and under budget. Levi’s background in the trades prepared him to think critically and plan ahead to prevent problems that may occur.
Levi is passionate about the culture of Dynamic Trades. Previous companies he has worked for prioritize profit and time at the expense of their employees, running them into the ground to achieve those goals. He enjoys the relational nature of DTI and recognizes that professionalism and honesty create a sustainable business for all parties. He hopes to communicate his love for quality work to each of his clients and represent Dynamic Trades well in the process.
