Bandwagon was in need of a remodel to their already existing cannabis grow house. Dynamic Trades was responsible for the removal of traditional scrim and insulation, as well as the installation of new foam and silicone coatings on all walls and ceilings. Further, we redesigned and rebuilt fertigation rooms and grow rooms from light water distribution. Lastly, we increased the longevity of Bandwagon planting tables through special waterproof finishing.
The Scope of this project included:
- Mobilize after harvest to the available grow room. (2 room - combined SQ 4238)
- Remove all existing planning tables, wall-hung fans, and other miscellaneous items.
- Frame, supply and install exhaust and intake fans.
- Mask off all equipment and lights for spray foam. Spray 4” of spray foam on the ceiling lid.
- Spray silicone paint over the spray foam and on the walls. Remove masking.
- Install and build rolling planter tables in the grow room, sub-corridor-4 and fertigation room.
- Provide power to new fans and to needed location if necessary. Relocation of 10 outlets
- Supply and install a new irrigation system for rolling tables, ensure proper drainage.
