As a part of our national relationship with Barnes & Noble, Dynamic Trades was hired to reconstruct the two-story, 40,000 square foot space at Florida International University in Miami. In addition to the general Barnes & Noble build, this project included the construction of a full-service coffee shop and exterior walk-up café.
The Scope of this project included:
- Full Demolition of the previous structure
- Reframing of the new structure
- Installation of new insulation
- Installation of Drywall
- Prime, Paint, and Tile work
- Millwork
- Installation of new fixtures and lighting
- Installation of new plumbing and HVAC systems
