Connected labs is a cannabis processing facility that specializes in cannabis extract. Dynamic Trades was hired to renovate and restore the existing facility as well as the property that surrounded the building.
The Scope of this project included:
- New interior grow room wall
- New interior partition wall
- New hold-up alarm
- New interior grow room door
- New mechanical HVAC grow room area
- New plumbing
- New grow room tables
- Remove existing restrooms for relocation
- Remove level 2 office areas to create mechanical access
- Reroute of electrical, plumbing, mechanical as needed.
- Installation of ADA compliant bathroom
- Installation of new CO2 system with exhausting
