Crisis Residential Home is a medical rehabilitation facility serving victims of drug and alcohol abuse and their families. The demolition and renovation of this 13,275 square foot space was completed in September of 2020. Dynamic Trades completed a variety of improvements that brought new life to the existing facility. Because of the satisfaction of the customer, we have received two more locations to quote for similar projects in the near future.
The Scope of this project included:
- Concrete cutting, demolition & haul Off for ADA plumbing and electrical work of approximately 4000 Sq ft
- Demolition of all MEP’s
- ADA concrete, all flatwork, ramps, and sidewalks per plans
- Metal stud framing of all interior walls and underside of existing joist
- Cut in pedestrian gate and include a crash exit bar with correlating security features
- Supply and installation of 15′ of new ADA cabinet upper and lowers at Group Room 101
- Frame all new windows, doors, and structural HVAC per plan
- Roof patch for exhaust and unit penetrations per plan
