Stillworx is a cannabis manufacturing company that was built out of a medical extraction facility in Sacramento. Dynamic Trades managed every aspect of the job, self-performing trades from the start of the project to its completion. This facility was the first of its kind to make it through the building departments in Sacramento County.
The Scope of this project included:
- Complete Build-out of an existing Warehouse into a C1D2 medical extraction facility
- Project Management
- All HVAC was performed by Dynamic Trades
- Steel Studded Framing of the new building
- All MEPS
- All Equipment and Fixture Hook Ups
- All finishes Drywall
